RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

You may return product within 90 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, your return will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee. After 60 days, your return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping fee. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sprigusa.com and we will provide you with a return label. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original exterior packaging and must be packed to protect the product from any damage during shipping. Depending on where the product is being shipped from/to, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
